He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kennedy and Merlyn Kennedy (Criter); his grandparents, John, Emma Kennedy (Braun), Elmer and Gertrude Criter (Stahl); his sisters, Jeanne Kennedy and Kathleen McIntyre; his mother-in-law Anne Champine; his stepparents-in-law, Jerry Goers and Joyce Champine; and his siblings-in-law, Annette Neuman and Daniel Champine.
He is survived by: his daughter Cara Kennedy-Dassler (Nate) of Beaver Dam; his wife Laurie A. Champine of Patrick's Church; his children, Brooke Kennedy (Brendan Conaway) of Beaver Dam and Eric Kennedy (Alexandra) of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Breelyn Dassler, Kenslie Dassler and Audriana Kennedy (Waukesha); his siblings, Donald of Beaver Dam, Patrick Kennedy (Maggie) of Port Washington, Timothy (Jackie) of Salamanca, NY, John (Keri) of Wausau, Cynthia Elliott (Peter) of Rifle, CO, Deborah Brown (Charles) of Germantown, Kim (Larry Affeldt) of Beaver Dam and Megan Schultz (Daniel) of Germantown; his brother-in-law Malcolm McIntyre of Green Lake; his father-in-law James Champine; and also, Pat Donahue and Tony Champine (Terri) of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
