He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob Hayes, Robert and Lucy Van Dusen. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Robert (Sue Westover) and Patricia Lynn Van Dusen (Hayes); his grandmother Virginia Hayes; his aunt Diana Schultz (Mark); his godparents, Bob Hayes and Lisa Schuster (Ken); his cousins, Steph, Eric, Sarah, Charles, Kristina, Sayers, Silas, Lily and Darrell; and his stepgrandmother Denise Wingers Hayes.
