He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kastenmeier and Alice Kastenmeier (Polchinski); his wife Ellen Kastenmeier; his brother Ken Kastenmeier; and his sister-in-law Cathy Kastenmeier.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Fry (Scott) of Janesville, Donna Kastenmeier of Beaver Dam, Bruce Kastenmeier (Ludita) of Philippines and Stephanie Kastenmeier (Steven VanRensselaer) of Reeseville; his grandchildren, Cody Kastenmeier (Diana), Elaine LaVake (Joseph), Gregory Kastenmeier (Rachel), Alex Gosda (Hayley), Cassandra Rupprecht, Christopher Sessions, Reyben Jay Hiramis, Jacob Matthew Kastenmeier and Nathalie Nicole Kastenmeier; and his siblings, Jean Kelly (Richard), Janice Warmka (Ronald), Catherine Bloomfield (James) and Paul Kastenmeier (Kelly Henning). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
