He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manke and Elgene Manke (Busse); his brother-in-law Gerald Wittnebel; and also Michael Luebke. He is survived by: his close friend Bonnie Cooper of Beaver Dam; his children, Mike Manke of Beaver Dam and Pam Manke of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Haylee Schwark, Jada Kaminski and Richard "RJ" Manke; and his siblings, Donald Manke (Faith) of Oakfield, Linda Manke of Beaver Dam, Jeffery Manke (Brenda) of Randolph, Debra Wittnebel of Beaver Dam, Patricia Pahl (Robert Cupery) of Randolph, Jeanne Malone (Steve) of Gloster, Miss., Garrett, Trevor, Dillon, Jerry Luebke (Ann) and Kathy Luebke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
