She is survived by: her children, Ken Frase of Beaver Dam, Jennifer Pollesch (Jim Feil) of Beaver Dam and Erica Barber (Jeremy) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Ashley, Victoria, Alexia, Andrew, Benjamin and Natalie; her sister Cyndi Pollesch (Bob) of Beaver Dam; her niece Melissa; and her nephew Jonathan. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
