He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Seibel and Nancy Seibel (Dykstra). He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Cebulski; his granddaughter Charlotte "Charlie" Cebulski; his siblings, Terry Seibel of Columbus, Rick Seibel (Lynn) of Beaver Dam, Gail VanBuren (Erwin) of Waupun and Tonya Horner (Sean) of Juneau; his aunt Cheryl Pendelton (Orin); and his nephew Christopher VanBuren. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews, a great-great niece, other relatives and friends.
