He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Birkholz and Norma Birkholz (Hartwig); and his wife Dolores A. York. He is survived by: his daughter Tyann Pritchard; his granddaughters, Marissa Birkholz and Bryn Pritchard; his great grandchildren, Kingsley Herreman, Lexa Miller and Jaxson Miller; and his sister June Martin (Harvey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
