It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlo A. Hemling (Beaver Dam, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harlo A. Hemling to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edmund Schumann and Alice Schumann (Simonson); her husband Jim; her children, Victoria "Vicky" Orth (Rob), Virginia "Gini" Ruhland (Tom), Thomas "Tom" Cigelske (Melissa), Timothy "Tim" Hemling (Sandy) and Amanda "Mandy" Springstroh (Rick); her grandchildren, Sarah Fair (Brandon), Andrew Stegner (Laura), Elizabeth Glander (Tony), Johnathan Stegner, Rachel Ruhland, Ana Cigelske (Alex Tousey), Rebecca Pankow (Daniel), Carly Ruhland, Erik, Crystal, Nathan Springstroh, Micah and Hannah Hemling; her great grandchildren, Grace, Oliver, Samuel Stegner, Olivia, Elliott, Leroy, Kaeson Stegner, Brandon II, Harlo Fair and Silas Pankow; her siblings, David Schumann (Kristine) and Penny Schumann; her sister-in-law Susan Luckow; her brother William III Hemling (Diane); her daughter Sarah Lynn; her stepfather Lawrence Porter; her parents-in-law, William Jr. and Inez Hemling; her brothers, Harlan "Butch" and Daniel Schumann; and her brother-in-law Roger Luckow. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Ev. Lutheran Church-Beaver Dam (300 West St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church Restoration Fund.
