She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Propst and Violet Propst; and her sister Eldean Walling. She is survived by: her husband Roger; her daughter Jill; and her brother Wayne Propst. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Ev. Lutheran Church-Beaver Dam (311 W Mackie St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Elaine to a favorite charity of one's choice.
