It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Joseph Schmeling (Beaver Dam, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ray (Barbara), Joe and David Schmeling. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Schmeling and Marie Schmeling (Weidig); his daughter Sara Schmeling; his sister-in-law Gloria Schmeling; and his former spouse Mary Schmeling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
