He was predeceased by: his parents, Octaviano Garcia and Ancelma Garcia (Castro); his siblings, Dora Martinez, Jesse Garcia and Octaviano "Junior" Garcia; his niece Jocelyn McCann; and his nephew Scot Berner.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shaw (Waldsmith); his daughter Elizabeth Garcia of Beaver Dam; his stepchildren, Tonya Lont (Brian) of Waupun and Nicholas Shaw (Stacy) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Haley, Brady, Grayson, Chase and Elijah; his siblings, Gloria Brown (Michael), Elida Braun (Greg), Eliva Palmisano (Alan), Molly Rodriguez (Ruben), Rose Fairchild-Garcia and Ruben Garcia (Leisa); his siblings-in-law, Laurie, Timothy Abhold, Sally and David Soravia; and his godchildren, Michele Wojahn and Teresa Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousin; as well as his extended family.
