He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Maas and Emma Maas (Mielke); his siblings, Edwin, Marilyn and Helene; his daughter-in-law Renate; and his grandson Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Braun; and his children, Tommy Rupp of Fox Lake, Vicky Cranfield of Adams, Jackie Sheahan (Bob) of Crivitz, John Rupp (Julie) of Friendship, Randy Maas (Suzette) of Oshkosh and Cindy Terrell (Doug) of Kenosha. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
