He was predeceased by: his spouse Ida Mae Hehman; his siblings, Roland Vollmer (Bernice), John Vollmer, Lois Bessette (Tom) and Maxine LeNoble; his brother-in-law Don Zemple; and his great grandchild Trenton Procknow.
He is survived by: his children, Sandi Procknow (Richard) of Manawa, David Bernard (Debbie), Clintonville Bernard, Roy Bernard (Karla) and Bear Creek; his siblings, Robert Bernard Sr. and Marlene Zemple; and his brother-in-law Jerry LeNoble. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
