She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Botker and Emma Botker (Koehler); her husband Harold Hanson; her grandson Christopher Button; and her sisters, Eileen Steingraber, Ruth Rohloff, Pearl Sieber, Joyce Becker and Lucille Dey.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Weaver (Richard), Darwin Hanson (Karen), Daryl Hanson (Mary Jane), Darroy Hanson, Darice Button (Jeffrey) and Brown Deer W; her grandchildren, Marlinda Bonus (Paul), Rachel Proper (Brad), Ruth Fontilla (R. J.), Alan Thomay (Denae), Melissa Hanson, Scott Hanson (Casey), Joseph Hanson (Julie), Jennifer Krankowski (Scott), Sarah Hanson (Kevin), Michael Hanson, Michelle Schultz (David) and Amanda Button; her siblings, Nancy Fye, Doris Murray, Audrey Sprotte (Roger), Sandra Schuelke and Keith Botker (Joan); her brother-in-law Eugene Becker; and her friends, Krisi Button, Mark, Joan Michels and Jim LaBelle. She is also survived by 21 Great-Grandchildren.
Memorials are being established for St. Paul Lutheran Church and UW Madison Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center Fund.
