He is survived by: his children, Marty Hartleben (Alyce), Lori Mackowiak, Jay Hartleben (Connie), Lisa Olsen (Andrew), Kelly Hartleben (Kathy Engelbreth) and Penny Hartleben; his grandchildren, Henry Hartleben, Samantha Hartleben (Lucas Moeller), AJ Mackowiak, Keith Hartleben, Lexi, Myka Olsen, Noah Hartleben, Scott St (Ashlea) and Josh Chambers; his great grandchildren, Brenden, Kaiden St. John and Indigo Mae Hartleben; his siblings, Ardell Vercauteren and Gerald Hartleben; and his sister-in-law Lois Hartleben. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
