He is survived by: his daughters, Firestar Charette (Perry Stone) of Coon Rapids, MN and Angela Defoe (Devon) of Red Cliff; his grandchildren, Bradley Neudorfer, Jenna Ricci (Angelo), Silas Peacock, Sada Green (Parker Rohloff), Halle Green, Vincent Green, Maylean Defoe, Alexander Defoe, Cynthia Defoe and Diindiisi Defoe; his siblings, Carolyn Gouge-Powless (Robert), Penny Powless (Danny), Sean Charette (Julie Lindemer), John Duffy (Lori), David Duffy and Daniel Duffy; his nephews, Adrian Reede, Jerome Powless, Austin Basina and Marvin Charette, III; and his niece Paige Gouge. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
