He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Talbert and Annanora Talbert; his wife Annette (Glessing); his son Elmer Talbert; his grandson BillyJoe Cook; his siblings, Lucille Griffiths (Art), Joyce DeRidder (Pete), Elaine Paffel (Vern), Don Talbert (Val) and Ross Talbert; and his sisters-in-law, Doreen Drost and Gail Talbert.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald Talbert (Darla), William, Jr. Talbert (Mary), Pam Pomykala, Kathleen Mercer (David), Ronald Talbert (Kathleen), Duane Talbert (Mary) and Tabitha Wickware (Jason); his siblings, Jim Talbert (Mary), Marcia Maki (Jim) and Babe Seffinga (Clod); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Talbert, Darrel Glessing (Pat), Buzz Drost (Sue), Richard Glessing and Donald Glessing (Barb). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
