With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Linda Lou Severson of Barron, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Linda Lou left this world on January 19, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Linda Lou may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda Lou touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Aaen and Thelma Stafne; her husband Richard Severson (Doc); and her son Brian. She is survived by: her brother Steve Aaen; and her son Scott Severson (Leandra). She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rausch and Steel Funeral Home (19 S 3rd St, Barron, WI 54812). A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church of Arland (698 8th Ave, Clayton, WI 54004).
