He is survived by: his wife Donna Hulsey of Barron; his daughters, Patricia Hulsey of Dallas and Sharon Halverson of Dallas; and his siblings, H. B. Hulsey of Quinton, OK, Roscoe Hulsey of Stigler, OK and Ramona Shafer of Quinton, OK.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
