He is survived by: his sons, Chuck (Amy), Dustan and Eric; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Paityn, Paige and Parker; and his siblings, Frank (Marty), Mel (Sarah), Alice (Leonard), Mary, Lynn (Ken) and Nora (Greg). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
