She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Nitz and Amelia Nitz (Kallenbach); her husband Willard Lentz; her brothers-in-law, Vi Meisenger (Paul) and Vi's; and her grandson-in-law Bobby Thompson.

She is survived by: her son Randy Forehand (Sarah); her grandchildren, Mary Ann Thompson, Mark Forehand (Cheryl), Lisa Thompson (Alan) and Lonnie Forehand (Dawn); and her nephews, Rich Snyder (Marlene), Larry Lentz (Judy), Bob Lentz, Don Lentz (Kay) and Richard Lentz (Sue).
