He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Lockburner and Vivian Lockburner; his wife Eleanor; his children, Gary (Kathy) and Candy Meyer (Bruce); his siblings, Vivian, Barbara, Louie, Mark and Joan; and his grandchildren, Garret, Jason, Brandee, Michelle and Heather. He was also cherished by 6 great-grandchildren.
