He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Bridget Cusick of Norfolk and Patrick Cusick (Amanda) of Trempealeau, Wis.; his grandson Archer Cusick; his siblings, Timothy Cusick (Carolyn) of Aurora, Colo, Richard Cusick (Judy) of Fond, Lac, Deborah Gustin (Robert) of Siren and Kristine Cusick (Roy Bystedt) of Trego, Wis.; and his brother-in-law Michael Guilfoyle (Barbara) of Mendota, Ill.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
