He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew, Sr. Hornick and Catherine Hornick (Jedinak); his father-in-law Robert Humpal (Bernice); and his brother-in-law Bill Shafer. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Wood (Rachelle); his grandchildren, Beau Helin (Brooke), Kaylee Hornick and Gracie Hornick; his sister Julie Shafer; and also Lucy Hornick.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vance Creek Town Hall (174 2nd Ave, Clear Lake, WI 54004). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Reeve Cemetery (193 2nd Ave, Clayton, WI 54004).
