It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Wise of Barneveld, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 7, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Laverne" Forbes and Virginia Forbes of Barneveld; her in-laws, Earl and Helen Wise; her siblings-in-law, Ronald Johnson, Marvin Rhyner and Debra Forbes; her nieces, Hope and Shea Forbes; and her great-nephew Landen Havens.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Wise of Barneveld; her sons, Robb Wise (Stacy) of Barneveld and Ryan Wise (Aimee) of Suamico; her grandchildren, Hollie Wise (Zach) and Trent Wise; her great grandchild Naomi (Jaden Roloff); and her siblings, Darlene Johnson of Mount Horeb, Shirley Olson (Jerry) of Dodgeville, Debra Rhyner of Ridgeway, Robert Forbes (Susan) of Lake Placid, Fla., Monica Olday (Monte) of Barneveld, William Forbes (Vicki) of Mount Horeb and Thomas Forbes of Barneveld.
