He is survived by: his wife Audrey Theobald (Cook); his children, Debbie DeSmet (Curt), Bill Theobald (Lisa), Diane Berg (Mike) and Denise Denman (Andy); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Gulvik and Kate Cook. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; his brother.
