She is survived by: her mother Betty Lou Haefer (Hoff); her sisters, Sandy Gray, Joyce Stenulson, Elaine Gutzmer and Carol Homan; her son Jason Golackson (Julie); and her grandsons, Justin and Jordan Golackson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
