He is survived by: his wife Alice; his siblings, Joyce Deal (Roger), Dean Schellenberger (Marthie) and Judy Cormican (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, James Miser, Jr., Ruth Courtade (Mark), Nancy Miser and Laura Miser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be given to The Friends of the Baraboo Library, The Sauk County Historical Society or the First United Methodist Church of Baraboo.
