He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Elizabeth Weinke, Albert and Elizabeth Collins; and his nephew Trevin Collins.
He is survived by: his parents, Delores "De" Collins and Gary Collins; his daughters, Megan Collins and Rachael Collins; his siblings, Tiffany McPheeters (David), Clint Collins (Brandy) and Shane Collins (Liza); his nieces and nephews, Sylvia, Samara Collins, Liam Collins and Graydon McPheeters; and his significant other Stephanie Davey. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
