He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Cook; his children, Sara Ramsey, Theodore "T. Ja" Ramsey (Melissa), Jennifer Ramsey, Angel Ramsey, Jesse Ramsey, Marianne Breunig (Steve) and Perry Ramsey; and his siblings, David Ramsey (Gloria), Carlyle Ramsey (Jodi), Cyril Ramsey (Joni), Daunnene Hooker, Kay Birch (Jack), Pearl Schellenberger (Don), Enain Gardner, Lucy Reichoff, Penny Carter (Vernon) and Pauline Roberts. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
