She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hiles and Ardis Hiles (Thousand); and her brother Richard Hiles. She is survived by: her significant other Mark Swenson; her significant other's daughter Heather LaFrance (Robert); her siblings, Steven Hiles (Susan) and Barbara Hiles; and also, Olivia, Melissa Chvojicek (Benjamin), Robert of Baraboo, Andrew of Baraboo, Gracelynn of Baraboo and Lillianne of Baraboo. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
