She was predeceased by: her parents, George Emery and Martha Emery (Schrofer); her husband Walter Ruda; and her siblings, Evelyn Millard (Emery), Louella Emery, David Emery, Alvin "Pete" Emery, Lester Emery, Gerald "Jake" Emery, Russell "Butch" Emery and Arnold Emery.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bullard of Reedsburg, Janet Schlieckau (Henry) of Reedsburg and Kenneth Ruda (Patricia) of LaCrosse. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and by several extended family members, nieces and nephews.
