He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Sr and Dorthea Thill Sr (Lombard); his son Jerry Thill; and his brothers, Donald Jr. and Hilbert Thill Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Penny Thill, Robert Thill, Jr., Marty Thill, Kenneth Thill (Rhonda), Kathy Soeder (Chris) and Kerry Rogers (Rob); his siblings, Kay Pink of Monroe, WI and Thomas Thill (Mick) of Baraboo, WI; and his friends, Thomas, Del Rose McGraw, Dennis and Linda Noel. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
