He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Sauey and Matilda Sauey; his wife Mary; and his siblings, Annette, Clara, Margaret, Delores, Norman and Edwin.
He is survived by: his friend Robert; his sons, Michael Sauey (Trisha) of Baraboo and Greg Sauey of Reedsburg; his brothers, W. R. Sauey (Floy) of Texas and Larry Sauey of Ocala; and also, Dakota and Joe Gerring of South Boardman, Michigan. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
