He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Janke and Eltha Janke (Dewar); his brothers-in-law, Larry Hoskins and Patrick Heindl of Wisconsin Rapids; and his cousin Donald Janke.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey of Baraboo; his children, Dennis Janke (Lisa) of Baraboo and Debra Callewaert (Craig) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his grandchildren, Justin Janke of LaCrosse, Ashley Janke of Madison, Nicole Callewaert of Independence and Lauren Callewaert of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; his siblings, Terry Janke (Alyson) of Westfield and Beth Hoskins of Portage; and his cousin Ardys Fenner of Ripon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be collecting donations to put towards a memorial.
