He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Mary Chambers. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Chambers (Beth) of Baraboo, Jonathan Morgan of Necedah and Dustin Chambers of Necedah; his grandchild Dale Leon Chambers; and his brothers, Roger Chambers of Shennington and Robert Chambers (Nancy) of Owatonna, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
