He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollo Stopper and Ruth Stopper (Good); and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his wife Jean OBrien; his children, Linda Anderson (Bret), Laurie Barchus (Brian), George Stopper (Cyndi), Tina Gebhard (Bruce) and Michele Henry (Patrick); his grandchildren, Ben Anderson (Katy), Jessica Henderson (Nils), Ashley Anderson, Joshua Barchus, Bruce Gebhard Jr. (Natalie), Tierney Anderson (Joe Sawaska), Mike Gebhard, Samantha Robson (Matt), Trayton Stewart, Megan Schenck, Macy Henry and Brady Henry; his great grandchildren, Riley, Aiden, Jayce, Chloe, Austin, Emery, Blake, Landon and Emma; and his sister Nancy Prine.
Memorials may be made to the family to be used toward a charity in Phils name.
