He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvin Ennis and Lucille Ennis (Conway); and his sister Kathleen "Kay" Lange (Donald "Ted"). He is survived by: his brothers, Eugene "Gene" Ennis (Jane) of Beaver Dam, WI and Owen "Mike"; his grandchildren, Sharon Schmaltz (Bill) of McDonough, GA, Renee Hill (Curt) of Baraboo, WI, Gary Ennis of Madison, WI and James "Jim" Ennis of Baraboo, WI.; his close friend Maxine Uptagraw; and also Jeff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
