It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia M. Burkhamer of Baraboo, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shannon and Dorthy Shannon (Farley); her husband Duane; her son-in-law Robert Lemmer; her grandson-in-law Matt Currier; her great grandchild Matteo Alcauter; her brother Russell; and her brother-in-law Karl Bruckner.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Thompson (Kevin), Jeff Burkhamer (Kim), Jill Burkhamer-Krueger and Jodi Lemmer; her grandchildren, Aaron Thompson (Bethany), Angela Currier, Breanne Little (Ryan), Kyle Burkhamer (Kelsey), Ryan Burkhamer (Gina), Nathaniel Burkhamer Taylor, Amanda Bussan (Broc), Jessica Alcauter (Pablo), Tyler Lemmer (Chelsea LaBarge) and Travis Lemmer (Austyn Buckley); her great grandchildren, Callia, Braxton, Eva Thompson, Bailey, Hudson Currier, Liam Little, Hattie, Elliott Burkhamer, Posey Bloch, Parks Burkhamer, Barrett Bussan and Gabriel Alcauter; her sister Virginia Bruckner (Carl); and her siblings-in-law, Sally Shannon, Lucille Burkhamer, Sally Armstrong (Dick) and Richard Burkhamer (Mary Pat).
So do not mourn, and do not weep, for I have earned this peaceful sleep Mother Patricia requested a private family service, in lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Agrace Hospice or University of Wisconsin Children's Hospital in Madison.
