She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Newell and Marie Newell; her parents-in-law, Robert and Ella Astle; her brother Dennis Crahen; her sister-in-law Karen Astle; her brothers, Gary Brockman, Jim Brockman and Greg Newell; her daughter Paula Jean; and her grandson Mark.

She is survived by: her husband Neal Astle; her son Jim (Karla Uptagraw); her granddaughters, Katie (Tommy) and Nichole (Michael); her great grandchild Liam James; her siblings, Jane Quam (Duane), Lisa Smrz (Scott), Roger Brockman (Mary), Rick Brockman (Margy) and Ron Brockman; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Crahen and Phillip Astle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
