It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy G. Dvorak (Baraboo, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lewis and Gertrude Lewis; her sister Cheryl Niemczyk; her nephew Gary Niemczyk; her close friend Robert Peterson; and her friend Patricia Hobby.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McIntire (Greg) of Reedsburg, Charles L. Dvorak (Karen) of Baraboo and Carl Dvorak (Terry) of LaValle; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Jemini, Lana, Clayton Dvorak, Hannah Freeze and Carly Dvorak.
