We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2020, at the age of 75, Monsignor Orra Charles Schluter (Baraboo, Wisconsin), born in Fort Knox, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schluter and Frances Schluter (Ellison); and his sister-in-law Patricia. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Schluter (Sandra), Eric Schluter, Jean Cooper (George) and Mary Friesen (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
