He was predeceased by: his wife Nancie Jones; his mother Kathleen Esser; his stepfather Matthias Esser; and his brothers, Richard Vold and Douglas Hollinsed.
He is survived by: his children, Jonnene Cote (Jerry), David Vold (Christine), Tamara Bristol, Mikeal Vold (Sharon) and Lynda Brill (David); his grandchildren, Kadi Centanni (Josh), Jared Cote (Oana), Russell Bristol, Justine Cote (Matt Weiland), Michelle Brinker (Drew), Jamie Becraft (Kaleb), Josh Brill (Kelsy), Mackenzie Brill (Joy Paulsen) and Samantha Vold (Joshua Miller); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Austin, Haley, Noah, Brinley, Drayton, Benjamin and Nolan; and his close friend Jim Teasdale (Renee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
