He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mlejnek and Rose Mlejnek (Subrt); and his brother John L. Mlejnek. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Jojean Hegedus (Steve), Steve Mlejnek and Cheri Ambrose (Troy); and his grandchildren, Leah Ambrose, Eden Ambrose and Bella Ambrose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
