He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bender and Vera Bender (Frambs); his sister Wava Vertein (Merrill); and his niece Cindy Haertlein. He is survived by: his brother Jim Bender (Sandy) of North Freedom; and his children, Connie Young of Rice Lake, Jeff Bender (Colleen) of Cameron, WI, Kevin Bender (Patty) of Rice Lake and Mark Bender (Erica) of Mesquite, NV.
