Karen Marie Dvorak Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2024, at the age of 59, Karen Marie Dvorak (Baraboo, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vince Miller and Lila Miller (Dunse); her mother-in-law Nancy Dvorak; and her sister-in-law Judy Miller. She is survived by: her husband Charles Dvorak; her children, Charlie Dvorak (Jessamyn) and Pamela Freeze (Scott); her grandchildren, Alexis, Jemini, Lana, Clayton and Hannah; and her siblings, Elaine Rydzinski, Marilyn Hill, Robert Miller, Barbara Maxon, Joan Miller and Mark Miller (Nancy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (1120 Draper St, Baraboo, WI 53913). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the hospice at SSM Health Hospice House, 915 12th St, Baraboo, WI, 53913.
