He is survived by: his wife Diane Tourdot; his children, Terry (Terry Lynn), Tim Smith (Amy Ruffenach), John McCullick (Tiffany Kimpfbeck), Jeff McCullick (Kathy Luke) and Kara Drager; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Josh, Brooke, Melissa, Tommi, Jamie, Ryan and Emilee. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
