He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther and Tina; his siblings, Bud Standiford (MarSue), Audrey Small (Lester), Fern Rau (Allan), Shirley Brandt (Ted) and Kay Getschman; his brother-in-law Rodney Getschman; his father-in-law Rodney Getschman (Jessie); and his niece Tina Standiford.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Getschman; his son Brian Standiford; his daughter-in-law Blanca Standiford; his stepgrandchildren, Patty Brown and Charles Brown; his brothers-in-law, Donald Getschman, Glen Getschman (Janet), Ray Getschman and Rex Getschman; and his nieces and nephews, Kandie, Kim, Debbie, Tammy, Renee, Tim, Mark, Pat, Donna, Lisa, Dan, Rich, Gary and Allen. He is also survived by three step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Freedom United Methodist Church.
