He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reuben Walter and Mary Louise Frank (Wiechers); his wife Gail Ann Wilcox; his children, Christopher J. Frank and Rachel A. Frank; and his sisters, Paula Jean Frank, Elizabeth Frank and Elaine Frank (David Grado).
