He was predeceased by: his parents, Schuyler Getschman and Treva Getschman (Lange); his wife Gladys; and his daughter Kendra Lipska. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Brokish (John); and his siblings, Lyle Getschman, Gale Getschman and LaVonne Koenecke.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a community charity of your choice.
